
These unsmoked cooking chorizos are from San Justo de la
Vega, a small town west of Leon in Castilla y Leon; cured
by air-drying in the mountains of the Picos de Europa. The
Chorizo de Leon are cured for two weeks to give a firm
texture, while the smaller 400g packs of Oreado chorizo
are cured for a minimum of one week. All are free from
artificial additives and preservatives.
