Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns for fresh or frozen items unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photo evidence where possible. We will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly, and where feasible, arrange for collection or offer a replacement or refund.

• Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
• Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrect orders.
• Exchanges may be offered depending on availability.
