We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £25. A small fee of £5.00 applies for orders below this value.

Schedule

Daily (Tues-Sat) - Llandudno and 3 mile radius
Tuesday - Penmaenmawr to Anglesey
Thursday - Conwy Valley
Friday - Llanddulas to Holywell/Ruthin

Delivery

Delivery days are specified at checkout, if we do not deliver to your area on the day chosen we will contact to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Orders must be placed by 12pm for next day delivery under the above terms, any orders received after this time will be shipped on the next delivery day for your area.

 

North Wales & CH post code area - We can deliver to most of North Wales & the CH postal code area for £5.00 per box via overnight courier, delivery days are Wednesday to Friday.  Orders must be placed by 11 am Tuesday to Thursday for next day delivery under these terms where possible, any orders received after this time will be shipped on the next shipping day for delivery the following day.

Any deliveries outside of the areas covered above  - You will be charged at £15 per box and should be delivered  Wednesday to Friday.  Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.

Please ensure the correct shipping option has been selected as an error may result in the delay of your order or a request for a delivery fee.

As we use an external courier service some postcodes may not qualify for next day delivery and due to the nature of the products this will result in the order having to be cancelled and a full refund made.

Shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Returns

We will endeavour to collect any returns where feasible to do so if a return isn't possible we would ask for some evidence to qualify the query and a decision regarding returns would be made at that point.
