Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery on all orders over £25.

A delivery fee of £3.50 applies to orders below this value.

Local Delivery Schedule

  • Daily – Llandudno and 3-mile radius

  • Tuesday – Penmaenmawr to Anglesey

  • Thursday – Conwy Valley

  • Friday – Llanddulas to Holywell and Ruthin

Delivery days are confirmed at checkout. If we do not deliver to your area on the selected day, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Wider Area Delivery

We deliver to most of North Wales, West Cheshire and the Wirral for £4.50 per box. This covers LL and CH postcodes.

Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday and are expected to arrive before 12 noon the following day. Please note that delivery before 12 noon cannot be guaranteed.

For deliveries outside these areas, the charge is £15 per box. These deliveries are also sent Wednesday to Friday and are expected before 12 noon the following day, although this is not guaranteed.

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns on fresh or frozen items unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing a description and photo evidence where possible.

We will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange collection, a replacement or a refund.

Please note:

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items

  • Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrect orders

  • Exchanges may be offered depending on availability
