Free Local Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £25. A small fee of £3.50 applies for orders below this value.

Schedule

Daily - Llandudno and 3 mile radius
Tuesday - Penmaenmawr to Anglesey
Thursday - Conwy Valley
Friday - Llanddulas to Holywell/Ruthin

Delivery

Delivery days are specified at checkout, if we do not deliver to your area on the day chosen we will contact to arrange alternative delivery date.

We can deliver to most of North Wales for £4.50 per box, the area covered is LL15+ excluding LL20, orders can be delivered Wednesday to Friday, and should be delivered before 12 noon the following day, although this is not guaranteed

Any deliveries outside of the areas covered by ourselves will be charged at £15 per box and should be delivered Wednesday to Friday by 12 noon the following day, although this is not guaranteed.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns for fresh or frozen items unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photo evidence where possible. We will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly, and where feasible, arrange for collection or offer a replacement or refund.
Please note:

•    Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
•    Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrect orders.
•    Exchanges may be offered depending on availability.
